Hi, my name is Cort
I am a lifelong athlete. Growing up I played it all and eventually found myself excelling in softball. I went on and played all 4 years in college. After college I wasn’t done competing and ventured into bodybuilding competitions and then played women’s tackle football. While in the process of becoming a therapist I worked as a personal trainer and occasional coach.
I was a catcher, short stop, and eventually finished my career as a center fielder. I also started as a right hand hitter and ended up being a slapper.
Playing women’s arena football was a wild ride and really showed me how tough I could be.
I have a degree in Psychology, a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, I am a certified personal trainer and mental strength coach as well as being a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, Supervised by Barbie Atkinson, LPC-S.
Training and entering bodybuilding competitions were by far the most mentally and physically challenging sport I did.
