It’s easy to say “I want more confidence” or “I want to play calmer,” but those results come from the habits you repeat, not the hope you hold. This check helps you get honest about whether your behaviors are actually building the thing you say you want.

When you can see your “aligned” and “not aligned” actions side by side, it removes the guesswork. It keeps you accountable, shows where your effort really goes, and gives you a clear next step to bring your actions and goals back into the same lane.
