What is Mental Performance Coaching?
A Mental Performance Coach helps athletes and teams develop the critical mental skills that optimize performance and give athletes a mental advantage over the competition! Mental performance is responsible for developing the habits and routines needed for performance consistency, in practice, training, and competition.
As a Coach, I work with athletes one on one or in groups to identify their mental strengths and to break through mental barriers to improve their performance. This area of my work is geared toward what is going on presently and how we can work towards a future goal.
