Coaching

I help athletes develop mental skills and mindsets to perform consistently well in competition.

What is Mental Performance Coaching?

Mental coaching is about performance, learning how to manage pressure, build confidence, reset faster, and perform with consistency when it counts most. This area of my work is geared toward what is going on presently and how we can work towards a future goal.

This work is for athletes who take their development seriously, the ones looking to gain an edge, sharpen their mindset, and train the mental side of their game with the same intention they bring to practice.

It’s for competitors who want to go beyond motivation and actually build systems for focus, composure, and confidence that hold up under pressure.

Two Ways to Work Together

Path 1:

1-on-1 Mental Performance Coaching (Flexible)

This is ongoing coaching where we take it session by session. We assess what’s happening, identify patterns, and address what you need most in real time as your season, role, and pressure moments evolve.

Best for athletes who want:

  • Support through ups and downs in-season

  • A flexible approach that adapts week to week

  • A place to troubleshoot challenges and build tools as they come up

Session options: (you can use all three however best fits your needs)

  • 50 minutes (deep work + exploring, understanding, processing)

  • 30 minutes (focused coaching + adjustments)

  • 15 minutes (quick reset, check-in, and accountability)

Path 2: 4-Session Sprint (Structured + Goal-Based)

This is a structured, short-term program built around a clear goal. You’ll get a step-by-step plan, targeted tools, and weekly momentum, so you’re not just “talking about it,” you’re building a repeatable system.

Best for athletes who want:

  • A clear outcome and a concrete plan

  • A defined start/end point

  • Weekly structure, accountability, and a training focus

What makes it different: it’s not open-ended. It’s designed to solve a specific performance problem or build one key skill fast.

*Requires you to commit to four 60-minute sessions usually done in a 2 month period (2 meetings a month).
