This page is for athletes ages 13-18.

While I support athletes at many stages, the strongest progress happens when the athlete is personally motivated to grow and participate in the work.

WHAT WE ACTUALLY WORK ON

This isn’t about sitting and talking the whole time.

It’s about building something you can actually use when it matters.

We work on:

  • how you interpret pressure

  • what you say to yourself in real moments

  • how to control your body when things speed up

  • how to reset after mistakes

  • how to stay committed instead of pulling back

So when pressure shows up, you don’t try to survive it, you know how to play through it.
