Signs & Symptoms.

  • Appetite or sleep disturbances.

  • Complaints of tummy aches or headaches.

  • Seeming unfocused or fidgety more than usual.

  • Being clingy or less interactive with teammates/coaches.

  • More emotional about their sport, mistakes, or other areas.

  • Refusing to go to practice/games or school.

  • Having temper tantrums or angry outbursts.

  • Fears or worries about getting hurt.
