This page is for athletes ages 8 to 12 years old.

While I support athletes at many stages, the strongest progress happens when the athlete is personally motivated to grow and participate in the work.

Young athlete using mental skills

A few areas I can help.

I help youth athletes who

  • think too much

  • perform well in practice but not in games

  • hesitate, play small, or avoid mistakes

  • struggle to reset after messing up

  • get overwhelmed, frustrated, or shut down under pressure

  • Allow nerves, fear or anxiety to disrupt perfromance

  • know what to do, but can’t consistently do it

This isn’t a lack of talent. And it’s not just confidence.

It’s a performance breakdown under pressure.

The work

We don’t just talk about feelings.

We build skills your athlete can use in real moments:

  • how they interpret pressure

  • what they say to themselves during competition

  • how to calm or activate their body

  • how to refocus after mistakes

  • how to stay engaged instead of pulling back

So, when the moment gets big, they don’t freeze, spiral, or avoid.
